Privacy Notice
Effective date: November 3, 2026
This notice follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). It covers this website and the messages you send us from it. If you buy a product, that product has its own privacy notice or agreement for the data it handles.
Who is responsible for your data
Mark Angelo Pasion, using the name ArkByTech, Philippines, is the personal information controller and decides how this data is used. His contact details are at the end of this notice.
What this site collects
The site itself collects nothing from you except the hosting logs described below. It has no accounts, sign-in, database or server of its own, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Its fonts are served from the site itself, so no font company sees your visit.
In the "Still on a notebook?" section, what you tap and the business name you type stay in your browser. The site does not store them or send them anywhere. If you press Copy, the message goes to your device's clipboard, and it reaches us only if you choose to paste and send it yourself.
Hosting logs
Our hosting provider keeps normal server logs when any page is requested. These usually include your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser type and the page that sent you here. They are used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosts, Cloudflare may keep technical records of visits, such as IP address, time and page, for security and to run the service, under its own privacy policy.
What you send us by phone, Facebook or email
If you call, text or message us, we receive what you share. That is usually your name, your number or Facebook profile, your business name, and what you write about your business.
- Why we use it: to reply, give a demo or a quote, and arrange what you ask for. We rely on your choice to contact us and on the steps needed before an agreement with you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unless you say yes separately.
- Who sees it: Only Mark Angelo Pasion. Your phone network, Facebook and Google (for email) also carry and hold these messages under their own terms.
- How long we keep it: Up to 1 year if no purchase follows. If you buy, we keep what the sale needs for as long as the agreement and the law require, such as tax and business records.
Please send only what we need to help you. Do not send passwords, ID or card numbers, or your staff's or customers' personal details in a first message.
Cookies and browser storage
Our pages set no cookies and save nothing in your browser's storage, so there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will update this notice and ask first for anything non-essential.
Leaving this site
Links to Facebook and TikTok, and phone links that open your phone apps, take you outside this site. Those services follow their own terms and privacy rules, and they may be able to see that you came from this site. This notice does not cover them.
Asking us to delete your data
Message facebook.com/ArkByTech or text 0956 592 9546 or 0933 418 7766, or email arkienzkun@gmail.com. Say "delete my data" and tell us the name, number or profile you contacted us with. We will delete our copies and tell you when it is done, within 30 days. Backups we cannot edit are overwritten on their normal cycle. We cannot delete copies held by Facebook, Google or your phone network; you can ask them directly. If the law or an existing agreement requires us to keep a record, we will tell you which one and why.
We cannot erase what Facebook or your phone network holds. You can delete your side of a conversation in those apps, and ask them directly for the rest. Hosting logs are removed on the provider's own schedule.
Your rights
Under RA 10173 you have the right to:
- be told how your personal data is used;
- get a copy of the data we hold about you, and in a usable form where the law provides;
- have wrong data corrected;
- object to its use, and take back consent you gave;
- have it blocked or deleted;
- be compensated for damage caused by misuse of your data;
- complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Anyone under 18
This site is for business owners and their staff. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before sending us personal data.
National Privacy Commission registration
Whether a business must register its data processing with the National Privacy Commission depends on thresholds in the Commission's rules, such as the number of employees and the number of people whose sensitive personal information is processed.
This is a one-person operation that does not currently meet those thresholds. Mark Angelo Pasion is our Data Protection Officer, using the contact details below.
Changes
We will update this notice and its effective date when what we do with data changes.
