These terms cover your use of this website only. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who runs this site

This site is run by Mark Angelo Pasion, using the name ArkByTech, in the Philippines. "We" and "us" mean Mark Angelo Pasion, doing this work under the name ArkByTech.

What this site is

This is a marketing site. It describes our point of sale, payroll, cash-in record and NFC products and our custom systems work. You cannot buy anything or open an account here. Purchases happen by direct arrangement after you message us, under the terms we agree with you then.

Sample data and sample ideas

The screens, figures, names and businesses shown on this site are sample data. What the "Still on a notebook?" section builds from your taps is a sample idea. None of it is a quote, an offer or a promise of any result, and your own results will depend on your business.

Prices

Prices shown can change until we confirm them to you in writing. ArkTap package terms, including the downpayment, yearly page fees and shipping, are on the page beside the packages.

What the page says about each product

Limits stated on the page are part of the description of each product. For example, some features are marked as in testing, ArkBrew is not BIR-accredited software and its order slips are not official receipts, and Kaha is a record book that does not move money. Please read them before you decide.

Products have their own terms

Each product has its own license terms when you buy it, and custom work follows your written agreement. These website terms do not grant any license to use our software.

No affiliation

Names of other companies and agencies describe what our products work alongside. ArkByTech is not affiliated with Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, PayMongo, GCash, G-Xchange, Globe Fintech, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR or DOLE.

Intellectual property

The text, drawings, app screens, code and design of this site are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293). They belong to Mark Angelo Pasion, except for the fonts, which are listed with their licenses on the Notices page. You may view the site and share links to it. Do not copy, resell or reuse its content without our written permission.

Names and marks belong to their owners. Nothing on this site gives you the right to use ArkByTech's name or marks, or anyone else's.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, mislead anyone or pretend to be ArkByTech. Do not try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or its hosting, and do not collect its content in bulk by automated means.

As is, and limit of liability

The site is provided as is and as available. We try to keep it correct and working, but we do not promise it always will be, or that it suits your purpose.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage from using this site or relying on its content. This does not limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence or misleading product statements, or any right you have by law that cannot be waived.

Links to other sites

This site links to Facebook and TikTok, and phone links open your phone apps. Once you leave this site, those services' own terms and privacy rules apply. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. If one part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

Governing law and venue

These terms follow Philippine law. Disputes go to the proper courts of Malolos City, Philippines, unless the law gives you a right to file elsewhere.
